Donation Requests

Henna4You loves to support our local community. We are willing to help any non-profit organisation with their event or fundaiser or any other organisation raising money for a charity.

We will only accept written requests submitted via our Donation Request Form. We promise to read each and every request but due to the high volume of requests, we cannot accommodate every organisation.

Henna4You is a very small family run business. Our team works together to choose the organisations we will work with each year.

Phone calls or text messages will not be accepted.

Bhupi Rajput

Bhupi is an incredibly talented mehendhi artist. She combines a rare blend of old-school tradition with a modern trend-setting design. Bhupi's art seems to capture the spirit of the person she is decorating and the work almost becomes an extension of that person's natural being. The mehendhi design looks like it was "made" for that person.

Bhupi was born in Africa and has lived in England, India and now Canada. We feel that this has given her a unique perspective on the world and its cultures. She is able to translate that into her art. You can feel the "world" influence in her designs.

Bhupi was featured on the BBC's Heaven and Earth Show and she was given the opportunity to showcase her designs on a national television broadcast. Her art is influenced by her interest in the latest trends in fashion and Bollywood cinema. She also studies the old traditional techniques and designs so she appreciates the roots of the tradition and the need to remain true to the ancient philosophies.

Jillian Filmer

Jill is currently working on her Master's degree in Environmental Sciences at the University of Guelph. One of her passions is art- particularly sketching- and enjoys the challenges that art provides. She has taken art classes in and outside of school for as long as she can remember and loves being part of the Henna4You team.

Our certified organic henna powder is ideal for beginner and professional henna artists alike. The powder is vacuum-sealed by our farmer in 100 gram packages and can be stored in a cool place (like the pantry or a desk drawer) rather than the freezer. Our henna powder is high-quality and very fine, which mixes into an ideal smooth and creamy paste.

Each 100 gram package of henna powder is only $10.50. Order 1 kilogram of henna powder for $85.00 and save $20.00.

On average, 100 grams of powder yields 350 grams of paste which will make enough paste for up to 300 small traditional henna designs, or 1 complete bridal application and 30 guests with medium-sized designs.

Think you can’t be a henna artist? You can! The artistry of henna lies within your own creativity. Elegant designs are as simple as laying a couple of long lines on your hand and connecting them with a few swirls and curls that your creative eye will adorn with dots and dabs to create your own work of heart. And practice! And Pinterest, baby! Henna is great fun for Girl’s Night In, birthday parties, and lazy weekends at the cottage (or your backyard oasis).

Prepping henna paste and filling cones can be a huge time suck, and when you’re trying to support your henna artistry while working a full-time job, that preparatory work can be a huge drawback. Leave the prep to us! Order ready-to-use cones that can be refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for up to 18 months.

Our henna paste is completely natural, made with certified organic henna powder, lemon juice, tea tree oil, and dextrose (sugar). Lavender oil can be substituted for tea tree oil in case of sensitivity or preference, just let us know.

Orders must be placed at least 7 working days in advance. The paste is mixed 48 hours before shipping. Cones are frozen and vacuum-sealed to prevent the temperature of the paste from rising sharply and damaging the quality during shipping, then are shipped by priority mail and will arrive on your doorstep one day later.  Shipping is only done Monday-Thursday.

One cone creates up to 10 medium-sized traditional henna designs.
